Election information and asset disclosures are separate records

A candidate and an asset disclosure may look similar without being the same person. Treat a match as provisional until the name, district, organization, position and relevant dates agree.

Using the election panel

Confirm the current election
Check the election name and date before using candidate or polling-place information.

Confirm the district
Location-based district lookup is a navigation aid; compare it with the National Election Commission record.

Review candidate context
Read the candidate name, district and affiliation together before opening a possible asset match.

Verify the source record
Use the original election and asset-disclosure sources before publishing or making a decision.

Location and directions

Location permission is used in the browser to help find a nearby district or polling place; PWRMAP does not create a user account from it.
A polling place may change. Confirm the latest assignment and operating information with the National Election Commission.
External directions open a map provider and are governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
