You may use the service for ordinary research, reporting, education and civic understanding, subject to applicable law and the source authorities' terms. Links to a filtered view may be shared when their limitations remain clear.
Prohibited activity
- Circumventing rate limits, access controls or technical safeguards.
- Automated bulk collection that degrades the service or reconstructs restricted personal information.
- Using approximate markers as proof of a residence, exact property location or legal interest.
- Misrepresenting PWRMAP as an official government service or treating a ranking as an allegation of misconduct.
Data and service limitations
Records may be delayed, corrected, incomplete or formatted differently by their publishers. Geocoding and identity matching can require review. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security controls or third-party infrastructure failures.
To the extent permitted by law, PWRMAP does not guarantee that every page is complete or suitable for a particular decision. This limitation does not waive responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
